This is a 90s re-release down jacket from The North Face with the brown tag.
This is the Sierra Parka, a heritage model from THE NORTH FACE, which was first released in 1970 and is the prototype for outdoor down parkas.
This jacket has excellent heat retention, with high-quality down insulation. The natural loft and breathability of the down maintains a velvety temperature, not too hot and not too cold. Suitable for daily use as well as outdoor activities such as mountain climbing.
This is a re-release, but it's a rare brown tag, made in the USA.

Used condition.
There is a feeling of use, wear and fading due to age, assorted stains and dirt, and a small scratch on the right elbow.
