Everything seems to work with exception of the control buttons (zoom in/out, start/stop, photo) located front-top near microphone. Unsure if it may be a settings issue or simply non-operational. Note that all video and photo controls="controls" including zooming capability located towards palm-grip side of the camcorder is fully operational (system records videos/takes photos without issues and w/ease).
